GPYAC 2026 Youth Soccer Registration: 2-Step Process
Payment does NOT hold a place for your child/ren without a completed 2026 form.
HOW TO REGISTER:
(1) FILL & SAVE FORM
Send COMPLETED form/s to: sports@youthathleticclub.org
(2) Return to this page and COMPLETE PAYMENT.
ALL PLAYERS, INCLUDING RETURNING, MUST REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE. FOR NEW PLAYERS: Attach a copy of player(s) birth certificate to email.
Note: Registration is easier to complete on a computer. Phones may not display the fillable form.
You may choose to register and pay in person August 3-22 at the front office of Santa Rosa Christian School. In person registration is quick and uniform samples are in the front entryway. We accept cash, credit cards and checks.
All participants must register with Gospel Projects YAC each season. YAC reserves the right to close registration in any of its leagues if deemed necessary before the last official day of registration (August 22, 2026 at 12:00pm).
Refund Policy:
Gospel Projects, Inc. will give a partial refund of registration fees up to the first team draft date of your child or children registered at GPYAC. There will be a $50.00 office-processing fee subtracted from the total refund. No refunds will be given after your child’s team draft date.
Returned Check Policy:
All returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 returned check fee. The payment must be made in cash or with a cashier’s check for the amount due plus $30.00. Upon the receipt of two returned checks, all payments on future transactions will be on a cash basis.
Gospel Projects, Inc. reserves the right to pursue the collection of monies owed to its various businesses through the use of collection agencies or the State’s attorneys office if bad checks have been passed.
