BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Birth certificates are required for those registering for the first time with Gospel Projects Youth Athletic Club. Please be sure to bring a copy to the office or attach a scan/clear photo to an email. We use this only to verify league ages; your information is private.
POLICIES
All participants must register with Gospel Projects YAC each season. YAC reserves the right to close registration in any of its leagues if deemed necessary before the last official day of registration (August 22, 2026 at 12:00pm).
Refund Policy:
Gospel Projects, Inc. will give a partial refund of registration fees up to the first team draft date of your child or children registered at GPYAC. There will be a $50.00 office-processing fee subtracted from the total refund. No refunds will be given after your child’s team draft date.
Returned Check Policy:
All returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 returned check fee. The payment must be made in cash or with a cashier’s check for the amount due plus $30.00. Upon the receipt of two returned checks, all payments on future transactions will be on a cash basis.
Gospel Projects, Inc. reserves the right to pursue the collection of monies owed to its various businesses through the use of collection agencies or the State’s attorneys office if bad checks have been passed.
2026 GRADING SCHEDULE
PLEASE READ ITEM #1 on this grading schedule for players who have not been frozen by a head coach. After your child is graded, please meet your head coach on the dates applicable to your child’s age group in Item #2.
Item #1 – Grading Schedule for all players to be drafted who have not been frozen:
4 & 5 year olds (U-6): Monday August 24, 5:00 p.m. Field A
6 & 7 year olds (U-8): Monday August 24, 5:30 p.m. Field A
8 & 9 year olds (U-10): Monday August 24, 6:15 p.m. Field A
10 & 11 year olds (U-12): Monday August 24, 6:15 p.m. Field A
12 & 13 year olds (U-14): Monday August 24, 6:45 p.m. Field A
PLEASE READ Item #2 for all registered players.
Item #2 – Players will meet their Head Coach on Field A on the date listed below: (If rain, meet at school gym.)
U-6: Tuesday September 1, 5:00 p.m.
U-8: Tuesday September 1, 5:30 p.m.
U-10: Tuesday September 1, 6:00 p.m.
U-12: Tuesday September 1, 6:30 p.m.
U-14: Tuesday September 1, 6:30 p.m.
When the players meet their coaches, a schedule of practice games will be given out, as well as team rosters with phone numbers. Uniform sized ordered by parents will also be listed for verification. The official season will begin Saturday, September 19, 2026.
