GPYAC Spring Ball Registration
ALL PLAYERS MUST REGISTER, INCLUDING RETURNING PLAYERS. Parent signature and date for 2025 are mandatory. Uniform sizes are on the form.
1: FILL OUT NEW 2025 REGISTRATION FORM HERE ON PC or LAPTOP.
2: SAVE & SEND YOUR COMPLETED FORM(S) TO SPORTS@YOUTHATHLETICCLUB.ORG
NEW Players: Attach copy of player(s) birth certificate to email with completed form.
3: RETURN TO THIS PAGE AND COMPLETE PAYMENT. (Update QTY in cart for total players.)
IMPORTANT: Submit BOTH form and payment for each child. Payment alone does NOT hold your place in the program. A submitted form does NOT hold your place without payment. Check your email for receipt and communication from the YAC Office.
In Person Registration opens January 13 at the front office of Santa Rosa Christian School. You only need to register once, either through this page or in person. Cash, check, credit cards are accepted. Please email or call if you have any questions!
POLICIES
All participants must register with Gospel Projects YAC each season. YAC reserves the right to close registration in any of its leagues if deemed necessary before the last official day of registration (February 15, 2025).
COST INCLUDES
1. Participation trophy and player certificate
2. Baseball hat and team shirt (provided by team sponsor)
3. All games AND most practices held at our facilities
4. An organized, wholesome program for your children
BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Birth certificates are required for those registering for the first time with Gospel Projects Youth Athletic Club. Please be sure to bring a copy to the office or attach a scan/clear picture to an email.
