YAC SUMMER DAY CAMP 2008

(YAC serves youth without regard to sex, race, religion, or national origin.)

K-5 Graduates to 5th Grade Graduates

June 2 - August 15    ~   6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Registration Fee:  $5.00 per child (one-time fee - waived for returning YACers)

  Cost:  $85.00 per week for first child, $75.00 for each additional child. (A week  is considered four or five days of the same week.)  Daily Rate: $25.00, $20.00 for each additional child in family.
 

  Swimming Lessons for Campers: $70.00 additional per session.  Payable upon registration - non-refundable.  (Must be five years old or older at the time of swimming lesson.)

♦     Payment must be made on the Monday, or the first day of each week you bring your child.

♦     Two snack times and lunch included.

♦     It is our policy to charge $25.00 for all checks returned to us by your bank for any reason.  If two checks are returned, the account will be on a cash basis.  We do not accept post-dated checks.

♦     There will be no hourly rates.

♦     Each child should be picked up by 5:30 p.m.  If picked up after 5:30 p.m., late charges will be $10.00 for the first 15 minutes and $5.00 for each 5 minutes following (or portion thereof).

♦     Those with past due balances will not be admitted to Summer Camp.

♦     Visa/Mastercard Accepted

ACTIVITIES Swimming, Game Room, Arts & Crafts, Gym Time, Bible Time, Enrichment Time, & Special Event Days.

AMERICAN RED CROSS APPROVED SWIMMING LESSONS

   Non-Camper Swimming Lesson Fees: $5.00 Registration per person (one time fee - waived for returning YACers)  (Must be five years or older at the time of swimming lesson.)

   Lessons: $80.00 per session (10 days / 30 min. per lesson.) 
Payable upon registration - non-refundable.

Lessons taught by Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructors.
Girls - Modest one-piece bathing suits are required - no french cuts.
Boys - Regular Swim Trunks - no french cuts.

for Two, Three, Four, and Five Year Olds going into Kindergarten

Cost for 3-5 year olds: $85.00 per week for first child, $75.00 for each additional child (a week is considered four or five days of the same week).   Daily rates are $25.00 for the first child and $20.00 for each additional child.  Daily rate ends August 15th.
